[Chore] Revert all changes back before experiment design refactor #174

This reverts all commits back to https://github.com/ebi-gene-expression-group/atlas-web-bulk/commit/e03e938e21635f078cd8e889d11cf64480669e92.

We need to revert all the commits after the Experiment Design service refactor. Those commits contains some problems that we need to deal in another task. Some commits also contains wrong submodule and webpack dependency changes. We are going to deal with that later. We already have a hot-fix branch to merge to this modified develop branch that contains all the useful commits that we need for now.

I tested this locally: created a WAR file and executed the web app locally. It worked fine. Experiment page appeared correctly with all the tabs.
