[Hotfix] Add lately reverted features #175

Changes:

Add earlier reverted features regarding to RNA-Seq-er API reference and its publication
Fix and simplification for our local docker environment (mainly for the docker compose files)

I double checked these changes and tested it a couple of times on my local machine. It worked fine. I can't wait more for a review as I have to continue my work on the bulk expression atlas to resolve this issue as soon as possible: Missing alternate view of an experiment crashing the start up of our web apps. I am going to merge this PR into the develop branch now.
