Given discussion with curators and data production team, we know that not every experiment has a SecondaryAccession nor a link to ArrayExpress, so in some cases, there are experiments without any external resources link to be attached. I made a fix to remove Resources section from the Supplymentary Information tab.
I tested locally with E-PROT-39 and remove the SecondaryAccession from the E-PROT-39.idf.txt in docker volume. Please check the screenshot below where the experiment doesn't contain any external resources links.
