If you go here https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/experiments/E-HCAD-9/results/anatomogram and look at the anatomogram for liver, you can see that Kuppfer cell does not light up even though there are cells annotated as Kuppfer cells and there is data in the heatmap refering to Kuppfer cells.
