Integrate ovary and testis organ anatomogram

This is a draft PR until curators and data production would make ovary&testis ontology IDs searchable ready from database. As disscussed with @silvie, we are not sure if the zooma mapping are ready for ovary and testis yet, due to the ontology IDs changed from UBRON to FBbt, so the values in variable supportedOrgans are left empty.

• [x] Publish a new npm package version of organ-anatomogram

• [x] Install the new package in single-cell js bundles

• [x] Add tesis and ovary into the new organ list

• [x] Add related ontology ids into the anatomogram router page

Hi @lingyun1010, I reviewed this PR in the draft status as you were waiting for the curator's update. I understood the code flow for integrating new SVGS in the SCXA. I left a review comment, please see if that is feasible to fix as we are waiting for the other team.
