This we need to be included in this release:

Requirement:

  1. Add a new section for the Ann data in the SCXA help page
  2. When the user clicks on the Ann data Experiment icon on the experiment page, it has to take the user to the help page section. We need to add a web link to the help page.

Hi @upendrakumbham - here is a draft - might be good to run it by Irene and the rest of the team at the team mtg tmr (I won't be there most likely)

Data in Single Cell Expression Atlas

The Single Cell Expression Atlas knowledgebase contains eligible single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-seq experiments from a range of diverse species, these data have been re-analysed by SCEA using standardised analysis pipeline and periodically updated against new Ensembl genome releases.

External Data
Since September 2024 we have also included a limited number of selected externally analysed human datasets to the SCEA collection. These datasets are marked with an 'E' icon <insert icon image here>
External Datasets have not been re-analysed by SCEA using our standardised pipeline but rather display the results of the analyses as performed by the authors themselves. As a result, these datasets may not contain all the Results tabs and/or plot options that are usually present for the datasets reanalysed by SCEA.
To further visually distinguish the External Datasets from the standard reanalysed data, the experiment page header has a yellow background in addition to the 'E' icon
