AnnData --> max format #229

Is there a galaxy tool for AnnData --> mtx format? This is rather critical for moving from Galaxy-Scanpy --> Cytoscape....

You could misuse the filtering tools, without imposing any active restrictions, for this I think.

They have an option for outputting the filtered matrix.
