Add heatmap plotting and some associated structural changes #65

This PR adds heamap plotting functionality, for defined gene lists and for the rank_genes_group variant:

heatmap_leiden_k10_r0_3_LDHB_CD3D_CD3E.pdf

rggheatmap_leiden_k10_r0_3_LDHB_CD3D_CD3E.pdf

There's also some further minor tweaks to reduce duplication.
