loompy version problem #98

Recently, scanpy needs loompy > 3. But this scanpy-scripts needs loompy < 3.

Thanks for the report @kaji331 , this is actually a dependency from the associated anndata module.

I've addressed this in https://github.com/ebi-gene-expression-group/scanpy-scripts/pull/99, will make a release once that's all merged.
