Feature/cell type differential

This PR contains workflow modifications required for cell type differential analysis. The Galaxy clustering workflow itself has been altered, but also bundling etc, via separate PRs on the submodule repos.

Changes here:

• Correct file names to tsvs now output by scanpy-scripts
• Change clustering workflow to run parameterised umaps as well as tsnes (see http://galaxy-gxa-001:8089/u/jmanning/w/scanpy-prod-143-smart-with-cell-type-differential-imported-from-uploaded-file-2)
• Parse cell type metadata to allow...
• addition of cell type marker generation step
