Multi-parameter umap #17

This adds a multi-umap plotting functionality to the clustering workflow, parameterised on the number of neighbours selected. See workflow at http://galaxy-gxa-001:8089/u/jmanning/w/scanpy-prod-143-smart-with-cell-type-differential-imported-from-uploaded-file-2.

FYI @pcm32 - will test before requesting merge

This works, I'm just going to add it to the cell types feature.
