This is a change prompted by an issue whereby one umap for an experiment runs indefinitely due to some feature of the data it would take too long to trace. We need to be able to kill that one and have the overall experiment complete, so I've added failure filters for both UMAP and tSNE. There's also a version bump for the 'join1' tool due to the Galaxy update in our newer instance.
