This PR separates droplet from smartseq for clustering. It also adds the paramaters agreed for on each case. Currently this is linking most things (we could discuss whether this is the best way forward) besides of course what is unique for each case.

Checked that parameters added where correctly imposed on Galaxy and that worflow runs fine with new parameters for smartseq using E-MTAB-5530.

Tests for droplet (using E-MTAB-7324) passed successfully.
