I think it is trying include the H.Pylori urease, as well as more general ursease in property. In H. pylori the gamma and beta domains exist as a fusion called the alpha subunit (according to InterPro) - this would be distinct from the alpha subunit of non-H.pylori genomes however (just to be confusing). I am assuming step 5 (Alpha-subunit, N-terminal domain) is the step that is modelling this, but it is hard to tell. If so - then this represents a different route to the standard alpha+beta+gamma subunit route.
