Regular expression search in the feature viewer. #58

Hello,

I wanted to know if there is any way to search the protein sequence in feature viewer with a regular expression.

Hi, are you looking for a specific pattern in the sequence or for a specific name/description for a feature?

Hello, First, Thanks for responding so quick.

Currently, I am specifically looking if we could search a specific pattern (could be a motif sequence or regular expression) in the sequence, and it would get highlighted dynamically.

Further addition for searching feature would also be great!

Thanks @rishjain-iitr this is a great use case. It currently isn't supported but I will add it to our backlog.
