PubMed=24282679 and PubMed=24893149 describe leukotriene-A4 synthase activity for ALOX5 from (5S)-hydroperoxy-(6E,8Z,11Z,14Z)-eicosatetraenoate substrate that is epoxided (dehydratation of hydroperoxide).
