Ability to resize columns

Could column resizing or hiding be added? E.g., the PMID column uses valuable real estate when annotating on paper centric view, while the AEs are not visible in their entirety

If you click on the Options button you are able to show/hide some of the columns - not every column (including Reference) is turn-on-and-offable, but it could probably be added into the mix without too much hassle.
