Multiple alignments #12

Hello,

May I ask if there is a component that can be used to display (multiple) alignments of protein sequences please? If not is there plans to build one please?

Hi @AurelieMLB , there isn't at the moment but there are plans to build one in the next year. Part of the requirement being that we want to be able to display isoform-specific features, and for that purpose we need to be able to display aligned sequences.
