This PR contains an example for how one could create a more general protvista component that can be used for websites other than uniprot. Key changes include
Split protvista-uniprot.js into a general protvista.js component and its concrete implementation protvista-uniprot.js
The config file can be supplied via a user-defined function, defined in protvista-uniprot.js. This enables fetching the config e.g. via HTTP requests.
Necessary data adapters and nightingale components are specified in protvista-uniprot.js and passed down to protvista.js. This allows one to e.g. overwrite a component and add data adapters for other sources
