reduce number of emulated drives to 14 + code cleanup #25

The 15-th drive ('O') is used with Sparta Dos as Ramdisk, so I removed it, making the main window looking better :)

I think I'd rather leave the O drive supported, but the other code cleanups are welcome.

Hi Joe, I see. I also read the comment from FJC about drive 'O' and it looks I missunderstood him: "I see few changes that might sensibly be integrated into other versions (such as dropping support for drive # 15 just because SDX arbitrarily defaults to using drive O: for a RAMdisk)." I assumed that emulated drive#15 is not used at all, because Sparta Dos defaults to Ramdisk. But I understand, that there are some reasons to keep the emulation for D15. I propose that you deny my pull request and I will revert the change and create a new one :) Regards Marcin
