UI code overhaul with bug fixes

Device widgets are now instantiated from code and uses the same slots instead of handling each device explicitly.
Log window is fixed to not create a new instance every time you open it.
Handle crash if auto-booting programs overwrite the boot code to request bogus chunks.
macOS serial port init modified to make more sense.
Small fixes here and there that either simplifies the code or fixes issues.

I just pulled all the changes to my local copy and built a new binary on my RPi Zero W. Seems to be working just fine so far!
