Could you please merge this big commit into your repository.
This is a very huge commit as there are many new features and also hardware emulation which brings lots of new files. Hardware emulation is a work in progress and not avctive at the moment.
Filename and class cases is not the same as the other files as I bring them from another project I started several years ago but I did not renamed anything.
I changed the VERSION to 4.2.1 to be able to release beta version on AtariAge and be able to identity the versions but you can revert this modification if you want.
One last point about the file optionsdialog.ui: ascrnet did some cosmetic modifications on this file (dialog box size,...) but this editing session has really changed the file structure, the tag sequence,... and I also worked on this file from another version. I failed to merge this XML file. It's almost impossible to understand the mapping between the 2 files. I decided to take my version as it includes new features. It means I lost the cosmetic changes from ascrnet. I am in contact with him on AtariAge and I can explain that to him if you decide to accept the merge as is.
