[x] illinois.nc is at https://www.betydb.org/dbfiles/5836; sync to ROGER
[x] put hwsd.nc on ROGER at /gpfs_scratch/haohu3/ https://www.betydb.org/dbfiles/5843
- can be downloaded from http://file-server.igb.illinois.edu/~dlebauer/hwsd/hwsd.nc
[x] create settings file to be run on Roger
[ ] figure out how to submit the batch of runs
