PKG-INFO missing #7

It would be nice to have a PKG-INFO file inside the release tarball. The 
sdist command would automatically do this:

  $ python setup.py sdist

PKG-INFO helps in analyzing the static metadata of any package using 
several tools including `pkginfo` - http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pkginfo

Additionally, PyPM too requires this file to be present in order to build 
a package. This is why amqplib is not installable via PyPM - http://
pypm.activestate.com/list-a.html#amplee

OK, that seems simple enough.  I'll try to include that in whatever the next 
release is.

The tarball for 1.0.0 was built as suggested above, so it includes a PKG-INFO 
file.
