Add redirects to Style Lab #34

With the EBI Visual Framework now at v1.2, we're moving away from a singular pattern library to the EMBL-EBI Style Lab which includes a pattern library.

Ideally we can redirect with a bit of front matter:

This works (37a448aa8eadb0981728aa1a1cd0904d2328e052), sadly I think we'll have to manually point each page :(
