This would be quite nice to have, as it would allow tower-lsp users to support LSP 3.16 features such as semantic tokens. If it would help, I could submit a PR building on #243 (and transitively, #238) to support lsp-types 0.86.

Ah never mind, looks like lspower already provides this.
