Lethal Company Won’t Launch With or Without Mods #1159

Describe the bug While trying to set things up through my steam deck, lunching the game through r2modman or on the steam game itself, no window will pop open and the game would stop running entirely.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Either click Start Modded, Start Vanilla, or start it from Steam itself
  2. The game would say it’s launching
  3. The game would say it’s running without any windows popping up
  4. Then it’ll go back to the green Play button

Expected behavior I expected the window to open and the game to begin, but neither of that happens, even if I start without mods.

looks like the game crashed at launch, probably not related to r2modman, have you tried verifying the game files integrity in steam or reinstalling the game ?

Hi, the same happened to me on my steam deck. I tried reinstalling the game multiple times, and even without r2modman I can't open Lethal Company now, I deleted all the drive_c files and even with that still doesn't work.
