It looks mainly fine - the one question I have is whether we should exclude tocilizumab injection vials and PFS, as I don't think these will be used for COVID treatment. @brianmackenna thoughts?

I think include for now (to avoid blocker) but we need to check with someone with domain knowledge of what was happening in hospitals during treatments (particularly if there was limitations on supply at any point).
