Covid meds #21

  1. Create VMP codelist for COVID meds
  2. Create Rmd to present COVID meds data
  3. Some changes to the Rmd file compared to the asthma version: (a) Additional trust/STP codes manually added (b) Added any trusts present in the older version of etr to the latest version (c) Removed the word "asthma" or "covid" from variable names to make it easier to adapt to new topics (d) Added a file with additional DDDs to add to those extracted from the main file.
