Make median line more obvious #156

Tom suggested when going through the tool with a GP that variation compared to underlying trends can be hard to see and fluctuation around the median would be easier to determine if median stood out more (e.g. thicker, darker)

Alternatively, or in addition, we could make the coloured band lighter. At the same time, I think we should remove black from the palette - this appeared to confuse them.
