NHS organisational changes for OpenPrescribing.net #3687

I'm going to use this issue to track any remaining problems following move from CCGs to ICBs and SICBLs.

Firstly, @inglesp @evansd can we change any mention of SICBLs to "sub ICB locations" please? The acronym is a bit jarring, and may be unfamiliar to some of our users?

  1. On my computer, even with hard refresh, i'm still getting "a CCG or SICBLs" on the analyse page: image

  1. As we've now got more levels of hierarchy, are we able to add ICBs and PCNs to this suggestion: image

  1. In general, should we change them to their full names, rather than acronyms? image

  1. I also need to rewrite some of the FAQ, where ICB is more appropriate than SICBL.

Having buttons for all organisation types feels a bit clunky to me (although I'm sure it could be made to look a little nicer):
