Update lancets and blood glucose strip measures following product launches #4181

[NHS E Commissioning recommendations following the national assessment of blood glucose and ketone meters, testing strips and lancets(https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/PRN00037-commissioning-recommendations-blood-glucose-and-ketone-meters-testing-strips-and-lancets-april-23.pdf) includes: One type of lancet not yet launched

Two types of blood glucose testing strip not yet launched

These will need to be added to the relevant measures when there is a BNF code available.

Checked 30/10/2023 - Agamatrix Comfort Twist / Agamatrix Agile Test strips not listed.

@richiecroker CareSens S testing strips appears in dm+d but no BNF code as yet.

Checked 27/11/23 - CareSens S testing strip added - #4456

Note updated guidance October 23 - "Launch date amended for the Aga-Matrix Agile from July 2023 to December 2023." AgaMatrix Comfort Twist 30G still not launched.
