Feature: Add links to OP chemical/section pages #8

e.g. add <a href="https://openprescribing.net/chemical/{chemical_id}/>{chemical_name}</a> to column 1 of tables

and <a href="https://openprescribing.net/bnf/{section_id}/">{section_name}</a> to column 3

Possibly even better would be a link to the analyse page https://openprescribing.net/analyse/, though sadly for the current chem/subpara version of the analysis, I don't think it's able to do subparas. An example link with paraghraph instead: https://openprescribing.net/analyse/#org=CCG&orgIds=00L&numIds=0601023AX&denomIds=6.1.2&selectedTab=summary

Looking at this report, notwithstanding the fact the CCG has changed, would https://openprescribing.net/analyse/#org=CCG&orgIds=84H&numIds=0406000W0&denomIds=4.6&selectedTab=summary not be the correct analyse page for Durham's outlying ketamine prescribing highlighted by @brianmackenna ? Or is the "subparagraph" here not at the correct level?
