Is the BNF Name for Dalteparin sodium 18,000units/0.72ml wrong? #26

In the PDPI data, 0208010L0AAAIAI has the BNF Name Dalteparin Sod_Inj 25 000u/ml 0.72ml Pfs. It is also called this in the BNF data download we get from NHSBSA
It is not listed as available at 25,000 units in MIMS or dm+d
The BNF code 0208010L0AAAIAI was mapped to the 18,000u dm+d presentation (which is the largest available unit presentation according to MIMS and dm+d)

What was actually prescribed? Either (a) the name in the BNF file and PDPI data is wrong, or (b) there is a presentation missing from dm+d. Or I'm missing something obvious.

On the AMPP page for the presentation, it looks to me like the name has changed at some point

It's the difference between total dose and strength. It is correct
