Is the BNF Name for Dalteparin sodium 18,000units/0.72ml wrong? #26

What was actually prescribed? Either (a) the name in the BNF file and PDPI data is wrong, or (b) there is a presentation missing from dm+d. Or I'm missing something obvious.

On the AMPP page for the presentation, it looks to me like the name has changed at some point

It's the difference between total dose and strength. It is correct

So both are correct? Should we prefer one over the other?
