I've looked at the DM+D bioequivalence map and compared with our alt_presentation map. The only two drugs which we don't agree on is diltiazem and nifedipine, and to be honest, there is so much generic prescribing (where there shouldn't be) for both of those preps, that I think we should continue to recommend them in our price-per-pill calculations.
