Add og metadata tags for social media sharing #60

e.g. http://www.thedatalab.org/papers/152/ has og:type and og:site_name, but does not have og:title or twitter:title etc so doesn't validate for twitter https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator

Twitter is now validating it ok, although the preview image still doesn't seem to load?
