create users for UNMEER IMs #21

can you set up 3 admin user ids named unmeer_gui, unmeer_lbr and unmeer_sle for the UNMEER IM's when they are in country (we currently have them in LBR and SLE)?

These have been created, passwords sent via skype

unmeer_gui changed to unmeer_gin

All added to UNMEER group http://ebolageonode.org/groups/group/unmeer/ as managers (also JV and DC)
