from tooltip, at max stacks with VB down, it's a 21% boost.

With VB up it's a 52.5% boost

Armadk commented 2 months ago

It looks like VB applies a 250% mod, instead of the expected 150% mod. After examining the data, this should be expected. Since it's a 150% mod.

1.0 + 1.50 = 2.50 * value

Testing HS damage DK: 34500 DRW: 17169

Vamp strike damage DK: 55855 DRW First: 51406 DRW Second: 23950

Armadk commented 2 months ago

DRW vamp strikes do not seem to cleave

Armadk commented 2 months ago

Speculation, the first attack that DRW does, is using the unholy mod, at 1.04% ap, the second attack attack uses the blood ap amount

check the cleave behavior. Mandl's article mentions it does not have the 2 target cleave, and additionally, only cleaves 4 targets total. Not 5.

Armadk commented 2 months ago

confirmed by testing in game that vamp strike has normal HS cleave behavior. 2 targets by default. 5 while in dnd.
