Kyrasis mentioned that BP from DRW gains benefit DS does not apply 3 stacks while under DRW however

Further testing. When I tested a week ago:

Both rune weapons gained the 5% damage amp benefit, provided by the dk BP rune weapon BP damage was self buffed by their own DS's

When Kyrasis tested today: Only the first rune weapon gets the 5% damage amp, provided by the rune weapons BP BP damage amp is provided by DK buff.
