1) berserkers torment. Baseline: Avatar: 20s Recklessness: 12s

Intent is +8 secs to each buff

If you cast reck first, then avatar avatar = 20s duration reck = 20s duration

If you cast avtar first, then reck avatar = 28s duration reck = 20s duration
