- All rage gains need to be checked for thunderclap, since it's not very straight forward from spelldata what should, and should not be applied

Another thing I can confirm is that the automatic lightning strike caused by Flashing Skies are independent of the normal chance to proc which means casting Thunder Blast with that talent will cause a guaranteed strike and the normal chance for a second strike, both of which can (but don't have to) be on the same target
Also the rage generated from lightning strikes via Thorim's Might do not have their rage generated by Recklessness
what else... ground current does not hit the target of the lightning strike (at one time it did but that was since changed)
Burst of Power is currently bugged and both stacks are consumed if Bloodthirst is cleaved onto multiple targets, so you only get one CD reset instead of two (probably because of the bonus damage bit). it works correctly in ST too, just not when you cleave multiple
also you probably already know this part, but Avatar of the Storm does not work off procs - only hard cast Avatar triggers the two stacks of Thunder Blast
