Problem/Question: 
structuralElements Question

Comments: 
Create a clear and consistent distinction between the generation of structural 
elements, at the moment this is quite inconsistent. Suggestion: define profile 
cross-sections at 'structuralProfiles', assign materials and thicknesses at 
'structuralElements' and assign positioning and geometric dimensions within 
'componentSegment/structure'. Prefab structural profiles can then be placed at 
'structuralElements' (i.e. there is a choice between linking a user-defined 
profile or using a prefab shape there). Distinction is somewhat long-winded, 
but there is a clear separation between the several parts of CPACS
