Why is eta not definable for wing cutouts at trailing edge devices? Now one is obliged to make the cutout with exactly the same span as the controlSurface has and cannot change the cutout setting at controlSurface intermediate span positions #265

this is currently to detailed. Might include this in a future version of CPACS
