Problem/Question: 
Interpolation rules

Comments: 
Interpolation rules for controlSurfaces and controlSurfaceCutOuts are not 
defined (i.e. one defines controlPoints, but how to define the shape using 
these?). Maybe define an additional variable to indicate this?

And what if mixed-mode interpolations are needed (e.g. at wingCutOutProfile of 
TE, splines for the upper and lower points of the profile, but linear 
interpolation for LE of the cutout profile, see picture at cutOutProfileType)
