Problem/Question: 
Ribs and Spars

Comments: 
Why are rib definitions subdivided in ribsDefinition groups and can only one 
single spar-set be defined? Seems somewhat inconsistent (the different 
treatment in the buildup of CPACS). Now no numberOfSpars/spacing can be 
defined. For conventional aircraft spar-sets this seems irrelevant, but what if 
unconventional designs require this (e.g. BWB's for their fuselage/wing 
connections)?
