utilisationFactor is defined as usableVolume/optimalVolume in presentation and both these definitions are also present here, so actually this is a superfluous variable? Or one maybe needs the real-life utilisation factor during mission definitions, (i.e. since tanks are not allowed to be filled 100% or so) #313
