rearranging massBreakdown and weightAndBalance #337

Xpath of the element CPACS:
"/cpacs/vehicles/aircraft/model/analyses/massBreakDown"
"/cpacs/vehicles/aircraft/model/analyses/weightAndBalance"

What version of CPACS are you using?
"CPACS 2.0"

Currently it is not completely clear where to store which type of masses 
(designMasses/operationalMasses).

Suggestions:
- move payload and fuel from massBreakDown to massBreakDown/designMasses
- move mOEM branch to massBreakDown/structuralMasses (or alike)
- move operationalCases and certificationCases from weightAndBalance to 
massBreakDown (all contain the same children)

* rename mPax under massBreakDown/payload/mPax to mPassenger
* rename mCargo under massBreakDown/payload/mCargo to mCargoItem (or alike)
* rename mTOM to mMTOM or MTOM, rename mZFM to mMZFM or MZFM, etc. It becomes 
clearer that maximum (design) masses are intended.

Some of this already discussed with Till Pfeiffer.

Accepted, we should discuss this! Some of the things defenitly make sense. I am 
however not sure whether to disable the weightAndBalanceType...

Additionally, there will be a depth increase in the massBreakdown. See attached 
mindmap for further definitions for wing componentSegements...

for Ribs: a single identification via parentUID is not possible. Additionally, 
there must be a ribNumber specification. Need to care when introducing 
genericMassType

Due to new insights: disabling the weightAndBalanceType does not make sense 
indeed. By keeping this branch, one can clearly distinguish between design 
masses and operational/certification mass distributions.

Documentation on the definition of operational/certification masses needs to be 
added.

maximum fuel mass is doubly defined:
in massBreakDown/designMasses/mFM
in massBreakDown/fuel/massDescription

Suggestion: keep the latter one

included updated massBreakdownStructure, still need to find a way to include 
the ribNumber
