CATS FuelEstimator: toolspecific, estimatedFuel nodes

/cpacs/missions/mission and /cpacs/toolspecific/fuelEstimator

What version of CPACS are you using?

Please specify further information for your issue:
CATS' fuel estimator tool needs a toolspecific node, but also a place (most 
conveniently somewhere in /mission) to write its results. Proposed node 
structures are in the attached XML.
