Add attribute to distinguish between full and half profiles of a fuselage #378

For a symmetric fuselage it may be reasonable to define a profile that is only 
defined partially. Note, for a double bubble this must not be a half cut. 

Therefore add an attribute for fuselageProfiles with following options

full
partial
