CutOutProfile should not be mandatory #391

Xpath of the element CPACS:
"/cpacs/aircraft/../trailingEdgeDevices/wingCutOut/cutOutProfile"

only the outer and the inner CutOutProfile are mandatory, not any additional 
cutOutProfiles. Hence, it should say 0,* instead of 1,*
